Our operations in England and Jamaica
We have operated in England as TaylorWright Developments for the last thirteen years, redeveloping and managing homes in London and the North. We expanded into Jamaica as Bespoke Homes Jamaica Ltd. (BHJ) in 2005, registered both in Jamaica and in Britain. We are based in London, Huddersfield and Birmingham in England, and in St Catherine and Manchester in Jamaica.
Our leader
We are led by Lillalee Wright, who personally directs each project. She has developed housing projects in London since 1992, working for several housing associations including Hyde, the Cooperative Development Society, and Bethnal Green & Victoria Park Housing Association.
Our Strengths
Our strengths lie in our professional knowledge and understanding of the construction industry gained from 25 years of managing housing projects both in England and Jamaica. Combined with our personal and flexible customer service, this gives us a major competitive strength. Our skilled construction teams mostly comprise members of the Wright family, a fact which reinforces our confidence that they will always deliver highly professional work.
Our management team in England has experience of all aspects of housing management. From contract preparation to contract enforcement, rent revisions and tenant arrears, to termination of tenancies, we have managed all aspects efficiently, effectively, and with a human touch. We put great store by clear and transparent handling of income and costs, to ensure strong protection of your money. Our long-developed understanding of the UK property market means we are very well-placed to advise on your strategic choices.
Family
We are unique in using staff who are mostly family. They have built houses all across Jamaica. Many have worked for 20 years, some for 50 years. They have a great skill set, enhanced by our European practices.
